International Orders:

- Damaged Items: If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in tracking the package with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
