However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and fair return policy. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted, how to process a return, and the terms of refunds or exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on original artwork purchased from our website, skitopinn.com, under the following conditions:
- Condition of Artwork: The artwork must be in its original condition, without any damage, alteration, or signs of wear.
- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Any return requests received after this time frame will not be accepted.
- Packaging: The artwork must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit. If the original packaging is unavailable, the artwork must be securely packaged to prevent damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:
- Custom Artwork: Artwork that was commissioned specifically for the customer or made to order.
- Sale or Discounted Items: Artwork purchased at a discounted price or on sale may not be eligible for return unless otherwise specified.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
3. How to Process a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@skitopinn.com within 14 days of receiving your artwork to request a return authorization. Include your order number, the artwork details, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is required for processing your return.
- Return Shipment: Carefully pack the artwork in the original packaging, or use suitable packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit. The return shipping address will be provided in the RA email.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the artwork.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange the artwork for a different piece, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in finding a suitable replacement. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If the artwork you received is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Notify us at info@skitopinn.com within 5 business days of receiving the damaged or defective item. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
- Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the damaged artwork, we will either send you a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Bank Account: Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. International Returns
